Neotis denhami is Denham's bustard (Otididae), a living large African bird with Quaternary fossil records from Egypt. A sexually dimorphic grassland bird weighing up to 18 kg, males perform spectacular courtship displays.
Diet & Feeding
Neotis denhami was a meat-eating predator. Carnivorous dinosaurs were active hunters or scavengers, equipped with sharp teeth and claws for catching and consuming prey. They occupied the top of the food chain in their ecosystems.
