Tynskya waltonensis is an extinct small bird from Eocene deposits, related to parrots or colies in various interpretations. Fossils from the London Clay Formation contribute to the diverse Eocene avifauna that inhabited warm-temperate early Paleogene Europe.
Diet & Feeding
Tynskya waltonensis was a meat-eating predator. Carnivorous dinosaurs were active hunters or scavengers, equipped with sharp teeth and claws for catching and consuming prey. They occupied the top of the food chain in their ecosystems.
