† Fusioolithus — a Late Cretaceous dinosaur egg ootaxon from South America. Titanosaur sauropod eggs characterized by compacted or fused eggshell units in radiating columns. Ootaxonomy provides data on nesting biology independent of skeletal remains. Found across multiple Argentine Cretaceous form.

The final age of dinosaurs, featuring iconic species like Tyrannosaurus rex, Triceratops, and Velociraptor. Dinosaurs reached their peak diversity before the catastrophic asteroid impact at the Chicxulub crater ended the Mesozoic Era.
