Gualicho shinyae

† Gualicho shinyae — a Late Cretaceous megaraptoran or neovenatorid theropod from Neuquén Province, Argentina. Large carnivore (~7–8 m long, ~1,000 kg) with reduced forelimbs convergent with tyrannosaurids. Named for Huiliches 'evil one' demon and paleontologist Akiko Shinya. From the Huincul Form.
