Ouranosaurus

† Ouranosaurus is a Late Cretaceous iguanodontian ornithopod from northern Africa. Approximately 7–8 m long, it bore tall neural spines forming a prominent dorsal 'sail' or hump that may have regulated body temperature or stored fat.
