Ahshislesaurus wimani

Ahshislesaurus wimani

†Ahshislesaurus wimani is a sauropodomorph dinosaur from the Late Triassic (~225 Ma) of Sichuan Province, China. One of the earliest sauropodomorphs known from Asia, it represents the initial radiation of long-necked herbivores that would eventually give rise to the giant sauropods. Named in historical literature, it contributes to understanding the early global spread of dinosaurs.

Diet & Feeding
