† Bicentenaria argentina was a Late Cretaceous coelurosaurian theropod from the Huincul Formation of Neuquén Province, Argentina. Named to commemorate the bicentennial of Argentine independence, this medium-sized carnivore is known from numerous skeletal elements possibly representing a gregarious assemblage. Its systematics remain debated but it likely represents a basal coelurosaur or primitive maniraptoran.
