† Enantiornithidae — the nominal family of Enantiornithes, the dominant Mesozoic avian clade. Small to medium-sized Cretaceous birds with clawed wings and toothed jaws in many lineages. Fossil material found across Romania and broader Europe. Extinct at end-Cretaceous mass extinction.
